Getting started with Ascent

1. Download Ascent

Download the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

2. Enter Group code

Enter ‘025207’ to join a trial group (note this contains unmoderated goals and sessions). Email us to request your own private group.

3. Keep on Track

Join existing goals or create new ones to start collaborating with your peers.
